- Saturated fatty acids: found in meat and charcuterie, as well as in full-fat dairy products (cheese, cream, butter),
- Sugar, sweet foods (including sweet drinks) and salt.
SO EAT THIS INSTEAD
- Seasonal, fresh and varied produce,
- Fruit, vegetables, oils containing unsaturated fatty acids (rapeseed or olive oil),
- Oily fish containing omega-3 fatty acids,
- Nuts and dried fruit,
- Carbohydrates (pasta, bread, rice, etc.).
